After messages have been rcvd, it takes app 30secs to delete or to open
another message. On outlook express it takes a fraction of a sec.
Problem started a few months ago.

I know how to turn off AutoArchive from a specific folder.  But it doesn't
turn it off for all of that folders sub-folders.  Is there a way to turn off
Autoarchive from a folder AND its sub-folders at the same time?

I have a user for some now has duplicate folders.  When I right-click one of
these folders, the "Delete" option is greyed out.  I gave myself full rights
to the mailbox, but still couldn't delete the folders.

Please advise how I can use "Rules" to copy incoming email into a folder with
the same reference.  This would have to recognise a code "EN####" where the
hash is a number.

My system crashed and I have now lost the link to Outlook 2007 via the
Desktop Icon. The icon is there but the shortcut properties are blank. I have
created a shortcut from outlook.exe but how can I recreate the original link?

Since installing OE 2003 last fall, my PC freezes each time I receive an
incoming email.  That was a spooling function on previous Office software and
probably is on this.  I just need to know where to go.  Any advice?
