For some reason, Outlook 2003 doesn't auto-check for new email every 5 minutes as specified in Options, nor does it give the notification (w/sender, subject, etc) when new mail arrives. Again, both options are checked.

I have a user who cannot send attachments. When he attempts to browse for them using the 'look in' drop down in the 'Insert File' dialog outlook freezes. I tried reinstalling/repair. No good. Incidentally, I found that Outlook behaved normally under another user

I have a computer, Outlook folders Calender and Task are duplicated. With 1 in English, 1 in French. Inbox and Sent Items are in French. Reinstall Outlook did not help. I need all folders in English. Can someone help? Thanks a lot!
