I am trying to prevent users from deleting emails from outlook.
Currently using pop3 as opposed to exchange and want to somehow prevent them
from deleting and sent or recevied items.

I just had a drive fail in a computer using outlook (pop3).
i can access the drive but it wont boot.
is there a way to pull the outlook data from it and restore it?

I just restored my recently repaired computer to an earlier date.  My Outlook
2003 e-mail program now only downloads one e-mail at a time, and doesn't even
clear that one from the web based server when it does download.  Does anyone

How do I add an outside email address to an already-established Distribution
Group? The outside email address should not be added to the company-wide
address books; it is to remain private. When I try to add an address in the
Distribution Group, it only allows me to select from ...

Is there a way to number tasks, such as, from 1 to 10?
