Whenever new, unread mail came into my Inbox, an envelope appeared next to the Outlook icon in the Windows Task Bar (down by the time). I accidentally right clicked on it and hit "hide envelope." Now it doesnt appear when I get new mail. How do I get it back?

I am trying to pair a phone to an email box. With the phone was software which redirects the messages as they come in to the phone but this means the computer must be on. Is there a way from the Server to send messages to a user and a phone?

I have looked everywhere, and have even checked to see if my pst was corrupt, and that large folder deleted somehow, but to no avail. Any tips anyone has--this folder was quite large and important

Everything finally appears to be working with OWA accept for when I create a new email the message area is showing a red X in the top right corner like webpage does when a graphic is missing. Any ideas? Thanks for your help.

Question in Outlook 2003 - not being used with Exchange. POP3 Only: I have created a subfolder under my Inbox called "PDF". I want all e-mails with a pdf file attachment to go into this new subfolder. Is this possible and how?

i am a suer of outlook 2003.The problem is when i recieve an email.I open the mail and then i click on the reply button to type some text into the message.The message sends before i have a chance to type in the text.is there some setting in outlook 2003 that does this?

Hi. I've posted this question as a response to a prior e-mail but thought I'd also put it out here so it's fresh. A friend using Outlook can no longer send message to herself, whether it's a cc, bcc, or in the to field. Her server is GoDaddy, a POP3 mail server.
