I have two accounts in outlook 2003 in different compuers, after some
changes in the company i set up both aacounts in the same pc, but now i need
to add the e-mails  from one computer to the first one without loosing the
existing files so i can have the old e-mail from both ...

I find that several simple task are VERY VERY dificult to perform with
Outlook/BCM
Say I lhave some 200 difrent mail folders - but the folder information is
missing on the e-mails and I can not find any way to locate a specific folder

Our users connect to Exchange 2003 for their email using Outlook. I have ONE
user who has managed to get their INBOX into the DELETED ITEMS folder. Know
idea how this happened; but I cannot move it out of the deleted items. Anyone
know how to fix this?

I want to reset the inbox count. (its currently saying 4 newmail)but their is
no item in the mailbox at all.
Is there some registry I can clean on the PC or should it be fixed on the

(mail.btinternet.com as both POP3 and SMTP)
I can't send from Outlook using that any more (Though I used to).
Error is something like "Timed out waiting for smtp server response"

I get an error message now that prevents my using outlook until I click OK.
The error message says that the add-in C:\program file \spam blocker utility
\bin\4.8.60\redemption can not be loaded. I have tried repairs but NG. Hoew

I am using outlook 2003 in an exchange 2003 (SBS) environment, and have set
the tracking options to request read receipts and delivery receipts.  
I have set the option to move receipts after processing to a folder I have
created.

For one email account, replies to email sent to others are not received.  Can
receive email sent directly by source but cannot receive response to email
sent.  Occurs with multiple recipients. Can't find any obvious problems with
Outlook settings.  Any ideas?
