All I get is the name of the person. I added the command for the addressbook to the Quick Access Commands. But it doesn't have the company name when I start a letter. How can I get the name of the company as well as the name of the person?

I use XP OUTLOOK, I loaded AVAST! anti virus and now I',m recieving lots of "copies" of all my emails everytime I send and recieve. It seems that the original is not being removed off the server. Any solutions

How do I turn off the 'unread mail' function? Users unread mail is being sent to that folder instead of the inbox. It may have something to do with additional folders created by gfi spam filter.

I can't get my outlook to open. It closes right after I open it and gives me error that there was a problem and Windows will send a solution (which doesn't happen). what can I do?? I need to use my email for work.
