When I opened Outlook to check my bellsouth.net account there were
approximately 20 copies of each new email.  Does anyone have a suggestion on
how/why to correct this?

Is there a way to use outlook 2003 to connect to Exchange 2003 and at the
same time a pop account. Both accounts keeping separate inboxes/
calendars.... But having access to both at the same time?

Properties are greyed out when using memo style for printing.  
When in Outlook/Inbox without opening email to print you click on it and
then press Ctrl + P together to bring up the print menu.  You then can choose
a print style but if you choose 'memo' then you lose the ability ...

I have a user who has an archive folder open and cannot delete emails from
it.  Do you know any reason why?  Thanks.

When I open Outlook, it says on the bottom right corner "receiving message 1
of 21 (943B of 15.2MB)" for example, but the emails never actually come into
my inbox. It just continues to say that it's receiving them. How can I fix

I just move from outlook 2003 under xp to outlook 2007 under vista.  When I
hit the send button in 2003 it sent the email but in 2007 it puts it in the
outbox until I do a send receive.  Can I get 2007 to send email the same as
in 2003

How do you find the list of reminders for future reminders that are active in
order to change the time prior to them becoming due. Example, Set a reminder
to call client in a week, client calls prior to reminder date and you want to
follow-up at another time?

on outlook xp  new email won't show up unless i arrow up  or click on other
icon like  sent items or deleted items and back to inbox ,  than i see the

I am trying to send email to multiple persons (in order to advise of my new
email address) and no matter what I do, the email never makes it past the
"outbox" and is never actually sent.  First, I tried to send this email to
everyone in one category of my contact list (113 ...

When I click on unread messages (bold, not opened yet)
they are immediately marked for deletion.
(The bold font is changed to grey, a line goes through the item)
This happens as soon as I click - I'm not even double-clicking.

I've set up Formatting on the toolbar and the icons display but are not
highlighted or enabled. The same problem when I click on the Format directory.

In Outlook 2003,  we can read other user's calendar or Inbox providing
permission is granted.  Once we finish, we will exit but the folder list
keeps growing and it won't delete from the list.  How to remove the other's
user folder from the list after we finish?

I am using outlook 2007 and when I right click on a file to save it the
extension is dropped by default in the file save dialog box.  This is really
annoying since when I return to the file later the extension isn't there and
windows doesn't know which application to open it with ...

Just today, my junk email box has a red circle with a line through it and all
of my junk email is going to my in box.  My junk email filter is set on
"high" and I have no email rules.  I changed the filter from "low" to "high"
to see if that was the issue.  I'm totally stuck.
