I use Outlook professional 2003 from a corporate server. I'd like others on the system to see my schedule when creating a meeting notice but not the names or details of the meeting. Is there some setting that will allow this configuration?

Having the same problem here with not being able to see the reply text in some messages. When I go directly to my WebMail from my ISP , the reply text shows there, also shows in my blackberry phone. But it won't show in Outlook 2003.

I prefer the monthly view of O2007, however I have not been able to find a way to set O2007 so that the default calendar view is the monthly view. Instead, any time I go to the calendar I get the weekly view? What am I missing; I can't believe there isn't a way to make the monthly ...

i have a user who, when he prints a particular HTML e-mail that should print out on multiple pages, the e-mail gets shrinked to fit on one page. i consider myself pretty knowledgeable with outlook but i am stumped by this one.

I'd like to have the same fields displayed in all of the folders under my Inbox. It appears that you have to "design" these for each different folder. Is there a way to apply a customized set of fields to all folders? Thanks.
