Hi, I mass mailed out a bunch of messages and each message had the
entire list of my addresses in my Personal Address Book. Why would it
give out all my personal contacts. This is Outlook Win98 version.

I have been tasked with coming up with a process so multiple users can manage
a customer service email account.  My question is what is the best way to
accomplish this task?  I've thought about sharing a folder for users to
access.  Is this approach ok or is there a better idea?

I can change the CC and the TO and the BCC.  I do not know how to change the

We have a few users (out of 20,000) that have begun to notice a flicker on
their notebook LCD (DELL D620) when using Outlook 2003.  The flicker seems
to occur every few seconds in the message pane.
