All my incoming messages have recently started going into my junk account! Not sure what buttons I have pressed to cause this but it's driving me nuts. Please, there has to be somebody out that there has been as stupid as me and has found the answer. Thanks

Does the backup utility taht is available for download at Microsfoft (File Name: pfbackup.exe Version: 03.00.5300.1189) work for Office 2007? If not can you point me to the correct file download?

my collegue has really stupid problem. She has huge number of opened window with messages in Outlook 2003 SP 2 (on Windows XP Pro SP2). If she clicks on reply, the e-mail address in To: is diffrent. (e-mail header is O.K. there is not different address in reply-to).

Reminders for appointments and scheduling keep showing up whenever i sync, and then quickly disappear. The split second glimpse i get for these appointments, i can see that they are for old appointments that don't exist anymore in my schedule,

I'm sure Outlook use to automatically hyperlink an email adress or URL. Now it won't and I don't have a c lue what to do. Even the options to insert hyperlink were greyed out n my tool bar and now they are gone completely. Can someone tell me how to fix this?
