In Outlook 2003, I used to be able to "create a letter to a contact".  That
option is no longer on the menu when I right-click a contact.  Is that
capability gone completely in Outlook 2007?

When receiving Emails I’m consistently getting
“An error has occurred on this page”. The only other info I get is:
Line: 512
Char: 1

I get e-mails in which  a dash displays as "R12"; an apostrophe displays as
"R17;s" where I had an apostrophe; and a colon as "R20"
Any suggestion on how I can get my computer to display correctly.  
This does not happen from all recepiants - just a select few.
