As a moderator, I need to review messages that come in. I would like to then redirect the reviewed messages so that it shows the sender as the originator of the message not me. Can that be done?

Ok, so here's the deal: I went into Tools, then Options, then Mail Format and made myself a signature with a certain font and color. I selected the option of including it when I write a new email, reply to an email, and forward an email.

I can send messages out on email, but with one particular address (which happens to be a group) I get an error message and it won't send the message out. It says "an unexpected error has occurred."

I need to send out emails to a large group who wish to have a web page visible when they open the email (rather than clicking on the link.) Dont know how to go about this so any tips would be gratefully received!!

I'm using Outlook 2003 and I would like to change my print preferences so I can print emails in draft style. It keeps telling me I can't do that in HTML, Is there a way to change this so i can print without opening all messages as i did in outlook 2000? Thanks

I just started using Outlook 2003 (was using 2000) and when I click on help, it reduces the size of the window I am working in and put help right in Outlook. I want the help to open in its own window all the time. Been looking for the right option and cant find it.

I'm running Windows XP Professional at work. Outlook only allows a maximum of 30 seconds for the 'new mail' message to appear on the desktop before it's ghostlike disappearing act. If I'm not around to catch it appear on the desktop, there's no other provision to let you know ...

Does anybody knows... if a recent MS security patch adds a long list of restricted sites to the network zones in Internet Options? Having those sites listed seem to obstruct HTML emails from functioning
