I am trying to configure the new 07 outlook to my comcast email account. Each
time I go to download new messages or send messages, it gives me an error of
the smtp and pop being wrong. After being on the phone with comcast for an

When I open outlook 2003 (on my laptop computer) ,and a send/receive is
performed all the messages on my Treo are removed. I am using an exchange
server for my outlook e-mail, and the account is mangaged by Active-Sync on
my Treo.

I am using Windows Vista Home Premium and Outlook 2003.  Why are most of my
emails looking like this?  What setting do I need to change?

I am using OutLook 2000 for e-mail and have a brand new HP Computer that
uses Vista. Problem is...I can receive e-mail but not send as in replying or
creating a new e-mail and sending it. At first there seemed to be a password
issue with OutLook recalling the password for ...

When I try send audio file attached to email I get error msg 552...exceeds
file size.  However, I have the file size set to 16000KB & the file I am
trying send is only 13000KB.
What do I do?

I have used Microsoft Outlook to creat 6 different groups of email addresses.
My problem is that it is kicking out approx. 20 people everytime I mail the
group.
It says 452 Too many recipients.  I have around 120 in each group.

When sending an email, is it possible to "freeze" the text of the message so
it doesn't adjust when the window is adjusted?

I cannot get Outlook 2007 to keep operating properly.  After it downloads one
or two messages it stops responding.  I have run Office Diagnostics with no
results.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled which does help for a little
while but by the end of 24 hours, Outlook stops ...

I know there is a tool that you can view folder permissions in
outlook. I even have it on my machine, but can't remember the name of
it.
Can anyone help me. If you know what that tool is, just post it here

Qwest my DSL provider provided the name of the server for email, but I cannot
get it to work for 03 Outlook at all and 07 will only send and not receive.  
Cannot find the server is the error message for version 03.  Qwest only
supports Outlook Express!

highlited.  Now in order to see the body of the email I have to double click
the email to see it.
