How do I setup my outlook (IE7) for NOT accept mail that dos't have the
correct mailadress?
Many time I get mail that only the first 2-3 characters is correct, the rest
is junk.

I have bought a new laptop and i would like to save/transfer all my excisting
emails onto my new laptop.  If possible i would like folders and all
information in the folders transfered as it is.

I accidently cancelled a folder in my address book - it didn't ask me if I
wanted to eliminate the folder - it just did it when I clicked on teh wrong
button - I wanted to take one adress out of the folder and clicked on teh
elimiate button on the adress book tool bar at the top. ...

I have Vista and Office 2007.  With Windows Mail, I can embed a sound that
plays immediately whenever the recipient views my message, via
Format/Background/Sounds.  But I can't do this in Outlook.  Or can I?

I want to transfer all the outlook contacts from one machine to the other.
Which would be the main file to be copied and its location?

need to create a script that would do the followings:
At the inbox.
When this script is ran, any email that is selected in the inbox

I've just upgraded to Office 2007 from 2003; on an XP PC.  In outlook,
the bold blue numbers next to the Inbox tell me I have unread mail but I
cannot see it anywhere.  Also, If I change the setting in the Inbox
properties to show all mail in the folder, green numbers tell me I ...

I think there should be a way to save e-mails to tasks. For example if I have
an open task and someone sends me an e-mail related to that task, I want to
be able to link them together so I don't have to open the Task and then
locate the e-mail.

I have only recently decided to archive outlook 2003 particularily the
calendar.  I have tried to do so both by the AutoArchive and manual archive
and nothing happens with either.  Thanks for your help.

It seems like people are not receiving my emails even though they show up as
sent. Anyone have any ideas what would casuse that? Thanks

I am using Outlook 2003 and need to transfer some folders to Outlook Xp on
another standalone PC.  
I have created a new pst file, and chose the compatible with 2002 option.
What is the maximum capacity of such a file – I know it is smaller than 2003
