I have one account in Outlook; pop3 & smtp servers are correct. When I click on Send/Receive for this account it never completes. Progress reaches 66% and goes no farther. DOes anyone know where I can make a change to fix this?

In Outlook 2007 my forward button is greyed out. However, when I open the selected email the forward button is fully functional. Can I not forward emails directly from my inbox? Do I have to open each email to forward?
