How do I stop this? Of all the annoying things Outlook 2007 is doing
(reverting to prior layouts and settings every time I close, refusing to let
me have multiple email addresses forwarded, etc) the fact that ALL emails are
going to the EZ Spam folder--even the ones whose domains ...

Outlook 2002 (Outlook xp) will not remember my Email password and I have to
re-enter it every time I connect to Gmail to retrieve my mail.
This has only happened since installing Microsoft Vista.

Somebody can tell me how can I do to deactivate the mailbox cleanup.
I activate it by mistake and every day send me all the items older than 30
days to the delete items basket.

Since 9/6/2007 my OL will not download email from my ATT account.  In
addition, OL does download (in a reparting loop) the same emails every time I
send /receive.  Even after deleteing the same emails over and over, still the
same exact emails download in every send/receive loop.

Using Outlook 2003 on XP with Exchange Server 2007 (64-bit) running on
Windows 2003 Server (64 bit). I am trying to set up a rule that will forward
incoming messages to another e-mail address. I know how to set up the rule.
However, the rule only works automatically if I set up ...

Thre seems to be a limit to the number of rules Outlook allows.  I've reached
it, and everytime I want to add a rule to automatically move an email to a
folder, it will not stay active.  Of course I don't want to get rid of my
other rules.  How can I increase this feature?

Is there any way that I can save it as a 'Favorite' or something so
that I can have it always available for me to punch in the recipient
and hit send?  Or do I always have to grab it out of the 'Sent Items'
and forward it?  I try saving it to my 'Drafts' but every time I send

I can not make old completed tasks disappear in the "Outlook Today" page.  
Hence, I have a cluttered view of old completed tasks together with currently
due tasks.  I have changed the view in Task Pad to "Active Tasks," but this
does nothing to change the "Outlook Today" view.  I ...

One message has been sent repeatedly.  When I boot up in the morning, Outlook
has stacked my outbox with multiple copies ready to be sent out!  How can I
kill the message???

Does anyone know of a way to automate the sending out of an e-mail out every
week to a set of recipients?

The search tool in my Outlook 2007 abruptly stopped working two days ago, and
I can't seem to fix it. I did everything they said to do in the help menu,
including rebuilding the index, but it still won't work. Any ideas, anyone?

Hi, I have a basic Outlook 2003 question. I forwarded email to someone a
while ago, Outlook tells me when I forwarded it, but not to whom. I cleared
out my Sent Items already so I can't track down the forwarded message and
it's addressee. Any suggestions?  Thanks in advance...

I work for a school district.  I receive emails fine.  But, my outgoing
emails are only received by people within the district.  My emails ARE NOT
being received by anyone outside the district.  Nor, do I get a 'failure'
message.  Help

Outlook 2003.  The CEO has a shared calendar.  Her assistance sent a meeting
invitation out.  One person accepted and everyone who has access to the CEO's
shared calendar got the response?  (No other responses thus far) Any idea on
