I've been using outlook for a while and am familar with the features. Is it possible to set up an email so the person receiving it cannot forward? I deal with a lot of confidential information and it would be helpful if the receiver wouldn't be able to forward.

I have an image of a hammer and spanner appear in the rules section in Outlook 2003, can you please shed some light on this matter. Some rules should be forwarding to one folder but they are forwarding to many folders instead.

In the help file for Outlook 2003 Junk Folder it says you can add to the Safe Sender's list using either the email address, ie, john.doe@doe.com or Internet domain. What is the syntax for Internet domain, ie, can you use microsoft.com?

How do you change the color for the number of messages in a particular Outlook 2003 folder? I.E. Inbox [2], indicating the number of unread messages. By default the color is blue. I ran accross this one time, but don't remember where I found it.

Hi All When i delete a message in an iIMAP folder it dosn't sit in the deleted items folder it is permanantly deleted. how can i get this to be placed into the deleted items folder? As i am sure you can see this is dangerous when deleting items and a mistake is made!!!
