Outlook automatically condenses e-mail addresses, for example "John Doe <johndoe@abc.net>" gets condensed to "John Doe". This makes copying and pasting e-mail addresses a pain, especially multiple addresses, since for each address, one at a time, you have to right click,

Does marking a message as private in Outlook prevent the message from being read by a delegate? Is there any way for a sender to know if there are delegates so content can be kept confidential-assuming anything in e-mail can be considered confidential.

And I noticed my emails have a slight delay before they come in, like its resynching evrey minute or so on the exchange server. I am sure I must have accidentally changed a setting or something. How do I get it to say "online" rather than "connected"???

One client PC running Outlook 2007 on our 2003 Exchange Server suffers from occasional email delay (upt to 4 hours) if switched to cached mode (to enable junk email filter). no other PC is affacted. Can Cached Mode settings be altered, or could there be another cause?
