how do i change the format, from Sentence to Capital letters on 2007

For the past 2 months or so I have been receiving two or more of most of my
emails. Does anyone have any ideas why and/or how to stop this?

I am trying to create a send/receive group using a subfolder from my

Everytime I open outlook 2003, it looks for ghost .pst files so i have to
wait and close several attempts to look for old psts i have imported that
have been replaced.
how do i get rid of this problem so it just finds the most recent one?
