I own the Microsoft Office Home 2007 Version which does not have the Outlook
program. I have some .pst files I wish to open, but could't using the options
that came with the package. Can you help me please? Thank you very much!

The spam filter in Outlook 2003 seems to be over-riding my rules.  e.g.
xxx@XXX.XXX (example) is listed in my approved senders...yet their email
keeps going to the Junk folder/directory.
Would like to have the Rules I made have precedence.

Everytime I forward an e-mail message the same forward is sent back to me.
Does anyone else have this problem? If so, how can I fix it?

I have a user that is sending emails to multiple recipients (say 20) in the
bcc field.  In her sent items, SOME of the messages show the email addy's in
the bcc field, others do not - in fact the bcc field doesn't even show on
those particular emails.  All of these emails are ...

Anyway as an Exchange Admin to edit the out-of-office message (without
logging into the users account?). We are using Exchange 2000.

Okay, here's the deal.  I have a user who wants BOTH Outlook and her Calendar to open at login.  She was satisfied by putting Outlook in her Startup folder, as well as a shortcut to Outlook with the "/select outlook:calendar" switch on it.

A annoyance I would like to get resolved.  Normally I access my e-mail via
Outlook 2007 off of an Exchange 2003 server.
I mark messages as read, and they are always indicated as read in Outlook.  

One can only add a single sender at a time to the "Blocked Senders" list. At
times I get up to several dozen spams in one download and it would be
convenient to be able to select them all at once for adding to the "Blocked
Senders" list.

I'm using Outlook 2000, which displays attachments to outgoing email either
as an icon or in a pane at the bottom of the screen. I cannot find how to
switch between these views, and when the attachments is displayed as an icon,
I am getting repeated complaints that recipients ...

When saving a OL 2007 message to a folder in htm/html format, it will create
an additional folder and files with file extensions of .xml, .png, .gif,
.jpg, .thmx.  Does anyone know why that happens?
