I am running OE6 and XP sp 2.  This started a couple of weeks ago.  We use
charter for e-mail.  Can receive mail fine and can send out to one recipient.
Cannot send to a distribution list (group).  This particular group has
around 25 members.  I get the message:

I've created a rule to move all "[SPAM]" noted messages into my SPAM folder,
which is located in the ARCHIVE section of my Outlook.  However, I still am
receiving messages into my INBOX already tagged as "[SPAM]".

When I compose a new email in Outlook 2007 I hit the New button.  Then I hit
