The key word is "default" to print layout. The standard seems to be default
to either Normal Layout or Reading Layout, but I don't see a way to choose
the Print Layout while composing a new mail message in Outlook 2003 SP2

many, many Outlook 2007 problems after upgrading from 2003:
(1) very slow, particularly @ startup; almost unusable even on a very fast
PC. There are many solutions already posted - we're working our way thru them

My Outlook 2003 starts sending three messages, evev if outbox is empty. This
happens with outmatic send/receive or manually initiaed through the
send/receive button. I run Windows XP as platform.

XP Standard version handles mail merging as opposed to the Professional
