When I open a new e-mail in Outlook and go to set which e-mail account it is
sending from I get a "Microsoft Office Word" error box error that says
"Unable to complete the operation. A fatal error has occurred in Outlook".
Does anyone know what is causing this & how to fix it?

email distribution list used monthly.  In addition, I emptied the deleted
folder before I realized what I'd done.  Is there any way to recover this
data once it's cleared by emptying the folder?

I have an Outlook rule that moves incoming messages from my website to a
folder called "Orders".  This folder sometimes gets drug under another folder
or ends up in the Deleted Items folder.  Is there any way to "lock" the
Orders folder so that it cannot be deleted or moved?

1) How do I enable/disable grouping of mails ?
I know you can change it in "View -> Current Display -> Adjust
display" but that ONLY works for the selected folder and not others or
even subfolders.

I have been asked to send an image with a link to streaming audio within an
email.  How do I do that?  Word was suggested to use as the editor but with
SP2 you can't do that.  Help!
