When I do a reply to an E-mail to someone, or especially when someone replies
to an E-mail that I sent them, the color of the type (font) that that someone
typed is always a bright yellow and unreadable.  I have highlight it, then
copy it, and then paste it in Notepad to read it. ...

I have a gray shaded area in my inbox as a header that says inbox. need to
remove. How can I remove?

In Outlook 2007, I have imported all my contacts from my Palm.
It came with a "Category" field, which is Adress, Restaurant,
Hotel, Friends, Professionals, Business.
The categories are correctly appearing in Outlook.

My archivist sent a message with an attachment to 5 people. They recieved the
messaged numerous times. She is working on Outlook 2003.

Upon upgrading to Office 2003 several pcs had photo editor memoved while
others the program remained(possibly because of the upgrade path from Office
2000 to Office xp to Office 2003). Is there a way to reinstall Photo Editor
or is there a replacement program or add-in that ...

My Outlook 2007 is running terribly slow on my Vista. I suspect it may be due
to my PST file which is almost 5GB.
Ive been archiving my old emails hoping that it would improve the
efficiency. However, I realised that my  outlook.pst remains the same size.

When replying to or forwarding a message, it switches out of HTML so that the
size and type of font are wrong and my signature is not formatted.  Can
someone please tell me how to adjust the settings so that replies and
forwards are always in HTML and use my standard fonts, sizes ...

How does one back and restore signatures with OL 2000?

I'm a recent convert to Outlook 2007 from Pegasus Mail, so I'm not
that up on all the fiddly bits.  :)
Anyway, there's one thing that Gmail does (which I still use for
personal email) that I wish Outlook did.  Or Pegasus did for that

Each time I am disconnected from my PST file in Outlook (due to network or
mail server problems), I lose all my Outlook folder shortcuts when I
reconnect to the PST file.
Is it possible to save the shortcuts to an external location and re-import

Suddenly, my Outlook 2000 software has started discarding email.  When I read
an email and then close it, it doesn't return to inbox or go to deleted items
folder.  It simply disappears.  What is going on and how do I fix it.

Can I open the autocomplete dictinary and make edits?

I hope that somebody might come with a solution that solve my problem.
The problem is that my outlook 2000 version 9.0.0.2814 hang when I
click the button marked <send and receive>. This happen even when I
have no mail either to send or receive. It seems to happen any time.
