I am using Outlook Web Access with vista operating system.  Whenever I create
a new massage or reply to a message as soon as I click send it freezes up.

server
we use xp pro with outlook 2003, he have a rule setup that matches the
subject line so it sends all enquiries to a specified folder

Outlook blocks opening attached e-mails. No issues with other attachments.

My email filter (Outlook 2003) is not ctaching all the unwanted, spam emails

My Outlook 2002 does not offer an option for me to select it as the default
mail client.

I have two archive folders in two different areas. How to i combine these

I take my laptop from home to work every day.  At startup, Outlook works
great at work and at home.  However, at home, whenever bring my laptop out of
standby, it takes almost 10 minutes to get mail.  It says something like 8B
