in Contacts view? I am printing envelopes from Outlook via mail merge in Word and wish to be a little more formal. I see no where to add the salutations. ReBell

More often than not when I click on the icon for Outlook it does nothing. If I reboot the computer then it will start in safe mode but then several sign ons later it does the same thing. Would I be best to uninstall Outlook and reinstall?

Alright! So I have gone through all prior posts to find a solution but nothing has worked! PLEASE help me! I recently switched over to Outlook 2003 and my emails started appearing double spaced on the receiving end, while they appeared perfectly single

When I reply or forward a message, my original message appears and is very small. When I type my message, it is so small that I can not read it. Any ideas how to fix it? Thanks

I'm wondering if the email received icon (displayed at the bottom right corner of the screen) can be set so it only shows up when an email is received in my inbox. Right now it is displayed everytime an email goes to my spam folder too and I seem to be getting more spam than ...

In my Outlook when an email is received there is a pop-up box that appears in the lower right had section of the screen that you can click on to see the full email. An associate does not have this feature installed. How can we add that to her Outlook? Thanks

In Outlook 2003, is there a way to have an e-mail in your in-box that when you double-click it, it will open up as a tab with the body within the in-box as currently in Lotus Notes v6.5 (maybe this is an add-in)? We were just migrated to Outlook 2003 from Lotus Notes v6.5

I am using the new version of Outlook but cannot find the little arrow icons which informs when a message has been replied to or forwarded . These are normally displayed on the envelope icons beside the message, and are red for replied or blue for forwarded.
