As of a couple weeks ago, I can no longer access "Other User's Folders." I
go to Open and under "Selected Items" I can see "Other User's Folders" but

I'm running Outlook through Vista and lately when I open an attachment, the
box will appear with the border around it, but the body of the e-mail is a

Hi All,
I have the following problem going on Vista business. I am running Outlook
2003.
When I start Outlook, I get a pop-up message (after some time), as

when I double click on my short cut I get a hourglass for a few seconds and
then it disappears and nothing happens .  I have gone to the start button and
followed the menus to the main icon for the program and again  othing happens
this just started this morning.  any ideas?
