I have a popmail account setup through outlook 2003 and just recently my font size is very small and I can not change it no matter what I do. I've checked all the settings and even changed the default font to 12 but when I send a message it is very small. Can anyone help?

Please correct me if I am wrong but I thought the defualt size for a pst file in Outlook 2003 is 20GB. Our issue is we have several users who have reached their limit (but it is only 2GB in size for the archve). From what I have read, that only applies to pre- outlook 2003 ...

When I receive an email from a user on Lotus Notes, the format comes through as full text with no formatting showing all of the header info etc and it is very difficult to actually pick out the true email message Emails from everyone else come through formatted with no problems.

I have noticed that I have 2 outlook icons on my desktop. One has the green or is it blue arrow on the lower left (never sure what the arrow means?) and the other does not. Why is this? Advice will help clear up this curiosity.
