My laptop mother board fried. The hard drive is good. I put the HD in an
external box for the HD.  I can access my document files etc. but can not
figure out how to transfer my email, contacts, calendar appointments etc. to
my other computer from the HD.  I can't find a .pst file ...

One of my users is having an odd problem.
If she receives an email containing graphical images, some of the graphics
show up fine, but others are blank frames with the familiar red X in the
corner.  Now I know the graphics are present and she has the means to view

Does anyone now how to make Outlook 2007 function like Gmail's archive
features, where archived messages will reappear if a new message comes
in with the same "conversation"?

I have a popmail account setup through outlook 2003 and just recently my font
size is very small and I can not change it no matter what I do.  I've checked
all the settings and even changed the default font to 12 but when I send a
message it is very small. Can anyone help?

Please correct me if I am wrong but I thought the defualt size for a pst file
in Outlook 2003 is 20GB. Our issue is we have several users who have reached
their limit (but it is only 2GB in size for the archve). From what I have
read, that only applies to pre- outlook 2003 ...

Anytime I try to attach a file Outlook crashes and trys to open word. Any
thoughts?

When I receive an email from a user on Lotus Notes, the format comes through
as full text with no formatting showing all of the header info etc and it is
very difficult to actually pick out the true email message
Emails from everyone else come through formatted with no problems.

I have noticed that I have 2 outlook icons on my desktop. One has the green
or is it blue arrow on the lower left (never sure what the arrow means?) and
the other does not. Why is this?
Advice will help clear up this curiosity.

Guys, I need help:
I use hosted email service, and every now and then, no warning, me or my
colleagues, suddenly receive anywhere between 1000 or 5000 old emails, dating
back sometimes 1-2 years.

I have added another user's mailbox to my Outlook tree.  I can see it, but
when I click on it to try to view the Inbox (he has given me Reviewer rights
to his Inbox and all Inbox subfolders), I get:  Unable to Expand the Folder.

('02?) I could retrieve it from the Deleted Items folder. With Office 2003's
Outlook the task just seems to disappear, although sometimes it goes into the

If you select a TASK, but do not open the TASK by double clicking on it, you
can preview that TASK.  While in preview mode, if you attempt to highlight
and delete a single character, the entire TASK will be deleted.

Where do I go to check how large the space on my Outlook email is

I'm trying to send an email that has a graphic flyer in it that was created
in another program and pulled from the "picture".. "File" on the insert tab.
I'm able to get it into the body of the email but when I send it people are
receiving it as a .dat file when it is a jpg file. ...

Everytime I open Outlook 2003 I get an error message that LDAP could not
connect.  How can stop this dialog box from appearing every time?
