I have a user who is requesting a salutation field on the contact form, She
added a user1 field in the phone list view, and started putting salutation's
in there.. now she wants that to show up in the contact form for everyone in

If I open an email, why does it require me to enter my username and password

I have an encrypted Outlook (PST) backup file that was backed up with the XP
backup utility by another PC onto a external drive.  I cannot open it with my
new PC and the old PC has had XP re-installed.  Does anyone know how to gain
access to the encrypted PST file on the external ...

I just switched computers and cannot open my backed up "encrypted" Outlook
PST file.  I can see it but can't open it or change it to non-encrypted.  I
need to get to all my saved emails.  The file does show a "user name &
certificate number" when I right click it.

I would like to update all the phone numbers in my contacts to include the
international dialing code and drop the first zero.
Is this possible or not ?
