A message bar is being displayed on my hotmail account messages stating that to protect your privacy images have not been downloaded. Most of messages are pictures & animations. How can I turnoff such restriction allowing access to complete matter of mail.

I am using MS Outlook 2003. In the past week or so, I have been unable to open email attachments that are nested inside the original email (only one layer deep). Other attachments behave normally. When I double-click on the attachment, nothing happens. There is no error message.
