Where can I change the default Outlook 2007 template responsible for
generating a delivery confirmation?
I can see that all delivery/read reports are composed using my native
language but some characters are missing so I'd like to change it somewhere.

I woulk like to have business contacts as the default address book to open
when I use the "Link to Record" function.  Now it opens in "Accounts".  I
tried to move BC up in the address book list but that will not work.
Also if I try the E-Mail Auto-Link, I get a box that has 2/3 ...

When I receive a message that has a forwarded message contained in it, I try
to open it by double-clicking on it (the way I have done it for many years)
but nothing happens.  It won't open, even if I right-click and select the
"open" option.

I think I posted this before but I don't think anyone replied.  Can i write a
macro or something to get rid of all these duplicate emails I have.  When I
upgraded and migrated from OE, O 2003 decided to redownload all 2100 emails i
had on the server... so now there are 2 copies.  ...

We use in our environment an Exchange 2007 Server and Outlook 2002 is the
e-mail client.
We have created public folder on this Exchange server. But in some public
folder the user can't change the status from unread (bold) to read (regular).

How can I redirect emails to my colleague according to a specific subject?
I.e. if subject is "hello" should automatically go to the inbox of my
colleague. Not it is "goodbye" it should not.

My Outlook 2007 email setiings are set to send mail in html, but sending a
link from IE 7,  reverts to plain text so I have to reformat the message to
send in html and then hyperlink.  I have checked every setting and can't find
a way to solve this problem. (OS Vista) Help.

I have to reformat my hard drive in a week, so I need instructions to back up
my e-mails and all folders and how to restore everything.

I am using Microsoft Outlook 2003, I have recently changed ISP's and
therefore mail accounts.  I have removed the old mail accounts etc, and put
the new ones in.  My problem is that it keeps asking for a network password
for my old email accounts and trying to send 3 emails that ...

My delete button on outlook email is not working, it isn't even highlighted
black, and it was working before I came on this trip., perhaps someone
deleted or turned it off?

How do I allow for attached files to be viewed or downloaded on my computer,
