I have a user complaining that he can receive email but can't send
any.  I've checked his smtp settings and they seem ok.  Does anyone
know what else I can check?  This is for Outlook 2003.

When I print an HTML format message the attachement list doesn't show up.  I
know how to solve this with the plain text option.  Most of my coworker have
their e-mail set up in HTML and when they print an e-mail with an attchment,

I have a user who set the indent of the message, wallapaper and font size
when he send a email to me. When I click reply, I always have to reply with
his orginal message. Can I reply without using the wallapaper, his font size
and indent message?

Outlook sync and quickbooks 2008 stopped working since I upgraded to Outlook
2007, Good thing I didnt pay for MS Office 2007 yet.

I have a user who is telling me that on all of her emails "To" and "From"
lines are blank on her emails.
Any ideas as to the cause?

We are running Exchange 2003 using Outlook 2003 as the client on XP Pro PC's.
We have come across several instances where if someone sends a recipient a
message with an email included as an attachment, the email attachment can be
opened once but trying to open it a second time ...

Since I installed SP3 on Office 2003 in Outlook 2003 none of my attachments
can be opened, even the attachments in older messages which until now opened
fine.

I've installed Office 2007 (w/o Outlook 2007) and Outlook 2003 on my new
Vista system. The problem is that features like auto spell check don't work.
Is that because I have Word 2007 and, if so, is there a way around it?

When I compose a new email, I hit M to have the drop down show my stored list
of names, so for my name it shows Mike Miller <mmiller>.
For another user that has been renamed it shows Mike Miller <wrongname>
How can I change that wrongname?  I have checked all display options in AD

What images / content are blocked by default in Outlook. I am trying to
figure out a simple graphic holiday card for my clients and would like to
make sure it does not have to be downloaded when it reaches outlook. Any
suggestions? what type of image would I use?
