I have a user who, when she deletes or marks a Task compltee, it shows up again in the list of Active tasks(That's how we have the View set). I changed the view a couple of times and actually got the items NOT to appear, however after a few minutes, they re-appear as Not Started. ...

For some reason the backgroung color for some of my messages recieved has turned gray. They use to be white. I have looked on help but just can't seem to find the answer. Please help me return my messages back to normal. The gray background drived me nuts.

My wife and I use both of these programs and we are suddenly unable to send email. I checked with our ISP and everything seems fine. They suggested we contact Microsoft. Anyone have a suggestion? Here is the error message I get in Outlook Express:

I have someone that is using Outlook (I believe it's 2003), and she is having a pretty unique issue... If she creates a new message, it will send out properly. If she replies to a message, it will not send out.
