Mystery Folder - Cannot Delete30 Nov 2007 02:41 GMT2
A mysterious folder (PST) has appeared in the folder list of my installation
of Outlook 2003.  When I attempt to remove it I get the following error:
"You cannot close the folder that contains for your calendar, contacts, and
inbox."

I use Outlook 2003 with Windows XP and find the Follow Up folder very useful.
I would like to know if I can add my own info (like a note) to a particular
message.  For example, I currently have a follow up that is partly completed,
but still waiting for some more information ...

I would like to type and send an e-mail that has margins on the right and
left that would allow the text to appear as it would on an 8.5x11 paper in
Portrait mode - thus having perhaps a 1" margin on the left and the text then

Can I create files in my Sent folder that e mails will automaticly be sent
to.  Such as sending a e make to jake and have that e mail stored in sent
folder un a folder named jake.

In the Inbox, there are messages that have the paper clip - indicating that
there are attachments in those messages.  When the messages are opened,
there are no attachments.

I tried to send an overly large email (26 MB) that froze up on its way out of
my Outbox (via yahoo.com). Now I can't open or delete or move that email, or
delete my Outbox to kill the big email. Everything I try either yields

I just loaded Outlook on my computer and configured it for my e-mail.  
Whenever I open Outlook to check e-mail I get the following error message:
The server you are connected to is using a security certificate that could

I had a Replied field in my inbox but it vanished. I need to add it back. I
thought one could add fields with "field chooser" but I do not find a Replied
field in the list of available fields. How do I add a Replied field?

to on, and then come back to the office and log back into Outlook, I no
longer get a reminder if I want to turn the Out of Office Assistant off
before I get started. How to I get that reminder to pop up ...

Today I discovered that one of my folders is missing in Outlook 2007. I have
lots of folders I have created in Outlook over the years, and this one was
several years old. I only occasionally access it, so I have no idea when it
actually disappeared.
