my sent messages are now being cleared from the sent folder by outlook. What
setting do i use to keep all messages in the sent folder until such time as i
manually delete them????

My client is reporting that sometimes her mail is being received more then
once.  I have checked her sent folder and their is only one message. I am
running office 2007 and have received  duplicates too so this is not an issue

Using Outlook 2007 and I am getting immediate notices saying:  554 Message
Refused.  It appears my message never leaves my computer.  Mail server does
not receive the message.

I don't normally use arrange by group in my inbox and yet everytime I
navigate away and come back to it, Outlook decides to do just that for me and
arranged my mail by the 'to' field.
