When I try to reply to some emails, it shows music notes instead of words. I can't seem to find any information on this. The emails go through, though, and look fine on the other end. Any ideas?

I have multiple client systems that when they try and send an Outlook form they are unable to send and get a generic Operation Failed error. I have tried to clear the Forms cache (no luck) and ensured Permissions and Security are correct - does anybody have any articles

Has anyone found a solution to get the inbox of Outlook 2007 to refresh when Google Desktop search is installed and enabled? The new messages do not show in the inbox unless you switch to a different folder and then back to the inbox.

I am trying to create an email merge so that I can send out a personalized email to each person in my contact list in a separate email. I'm pretty sure this was available in prior versions of Outlook but I cannot find it in 2007.
