Do the colors of the flags have significance?  Meaning, I keep gettin emails
from my boss and they are purple.  I usually use the red (default I guess).  
Or are the colors a matter of choice?

I've been trying to figure out how to group all the communication revolving
around one topic. In searching on-line, I find I may not be using the the
correct terminology.

I run Outlook 2007.  While trying to eradicate a STOP 0x0000008e error, which
was plaguing me, I uninstalled Kaspersky Internet Security 7 (KIS7).  
For 3 days I have been free of that STOP error BUT Outlook 2007 always now
crashes when I exit it by either the file/exit command or ...

When our company receives an email message such as a client who wants to
update their email address, I would like to know that the email has been
actioned by my colleague without my colleague having to send me a message and
telling me that they have actioned it.

When I receive an email from a friend using aol and there is an attachment,
it will not open or save.  Instead, the Windows Media Center home page opens
up.  What is causing it and how can I eliminate this from happening?

I upgraded to Office 2007 but when I went to Outlook, it did not bring in any
messages that had been there before. It did go back and pick up some from
2003 but nothing new. Has anyone experienced this? Is it something I did

This is a part of our email retention policy.
