When i clic the insert tab, the buttons do not highlight and are pale.  How
do you activate these buttons so I can insert a picture in the e-mail?

The count does not display next to the unread mail folder even though there
are unread mail items in the inbox.  I've re-created the unread mail folder
and have made sure that the "show number of unread items" radio button is

When I finish reading my mail in outlook inbox and go to another piece of
mail the last one I was reading gets deleted. HELP don't want this I want

The last updated to Office 2003 seems to have disabled the junk mail filter
in Outlook 2003 running on my ViSTA operating system.  Is Microsoft going to

I have been using Outlook 2003 with the Lotus Connector, it has worked great.
