I attmepted to send an email with an attachement that was 14MB..the meassage
is now stuck in my Outbox.  I have unsucessfully tried to delete but to no
avail.  It is not necessary to send this email can someone recommend how I
can delete it from my Outbox/

I created a new folder in Outlook 2003 under "Personal Folders" which is
displayed under "All Mail Folders"  on my screen. Is there any way to change
the default, yellow folder icon?

I have a problem: i created 2 signatures for 2 different accounts and
set the options to add the signature automatically.

Perhaps this is a silly question......but, I graduated from school 6
months ago and am wondering if my emails that were sent to my school
email address which I saved in outlook are still available for me to

We're testing new signature management software that inserts a corporate logo
in the bottom of HTML emails but Outlook 2007 is automatically resizing the
image to a distorted .33" square. I can get around this by going into the
image properties, then Size, then click Reset, but ...

My question is about efficient use of email in a 20 person workgroup inside a
3000 person company.
One way to state my view of the problem is that my employer is using email
more than is efficient for the email format. I believe that we are working on

Here is the weird situation-

We use Outlook 2000 at the office and want to have it reply with an "out of
the office" message.  I checked the help function, which tells me to go to
Tools, then select out of the office assistant .. unfortunately "out of
office assistant" does not appear on the Tools menu ..

I use MS Outlook 2002 and have installed all the most recent service packs.  
If I check “Leave copy of message on server,” I get a new, duplicate copy of
every email every time I open MS Outlook.   I have confirmed that the problem
is not related to use of Rules.  Un-checking ...
