Outlook 2003 (cache mode) Exchange 2003 SBS.
When saving an unsent message, it is correctly saved to the drafts.
Everytime I one it for editing, Outlook adds another signature.

How do I visualize tasks with certain category in timeline view? At the
moment, I can see al my tasks.

My Office Outlook program freezes if I minimize it to let run continuously.

I need a clean way to save over 1,000 emails to a standard format for view by
non-Outlook users. Seems the only way available is to export as .txt to Word.
