No spell check in "vista" windows mail.  I exported files from windows mail

I have Outlook 2007. I just had Verizon internet set up on my computer. I
have an email address and an alias set up on Verizon. I'd like to know how to

I've blocked messages from a particular sender multiple times and also put
his email address into my blocked sender list.  No matter how many times I do
it, I still receive his emails (which are being blasted to a group).  Most
