Outlook is listed under my indexing options but WDS just won't search it. I
have Outlook open and all the indexing options checked under tools/options. I

A 2007 outlook user has succesfully renamed categories in her main mail box
but on her second one the rename option is greyed out.  Any ideas why this
happens?  Can you only do it on 1 mailbox?

The problem we are having here is that once the "Out of office assistant" is
enabled in OUTLOOK 2003 inc SP3, incoming emails will arrive in the users
mailbox but the reply will not be sent out to the recipient (stating that i
am not in the office).
