My computer crashed but luckily my files were backed up.  How do I find the
personal folders that I created in Outlook?  I need the emails that were in
these folders.

OWA opens fine and I can read messages, but when I reply and click in the
message box it turns blue with a red cross in top left corner and I can't do

In Preferences -> E-mail Options -> Advanced Email Options, why are the "In
folders other than Inbox, save replies with original message" and "Save
forwarded messages" options grayed out?  They are checked and I would like to
uncheck them.

Using Outlook 2007 on Vista, using grisoft av; when sending emails with
attachments, the *content* is stripped out, so a blank email is sent with
attachments.

Here's my situation.  I have an exchange mailbox which only three people have
full access to it.  There are no delegates associated to this account.  
Problem is, the person that owns this account claims that her e-mail is
mysteriously being read without this person doing it ...

The mail is receiveable but cannot be sent out.
After the error message came out, the sending mail went to "sent items"
folder but not stay in the "Outbox" folder.

Is there any way to set up a rule that if a message is in Russina it will
automatically delet it?
