Can deleted emails be retrived and if so how?

I'm using Outlook 2007 - along with Outlook connector and I have a very
stubborn MSN e-mail account. I see no flags for my MSN account, but do for my
POP3's.  I've tried to enable the flags, but can't right click (grayed out)
nor is it in the tool bar as it is when I change ...

Often times when I delete a message from the Inbox in Outlook 2000 or move it
to a folder and then close Outlook, the next time I open Outlook the message
or messages are back in the Inbox and are no longer in the folder I moved
them to.  Sometimes this happens 3 or 4 times ...

For some reason, Calendar and a couple of my Contacts Lists have appeared in
the Favotie Folders list that shows when I am in Mail. I can't remove them.
Likewise a couple of mail folders have appeared in the Favorites showing
when I go to Contacts.

Using Windows Vista

I upgraded office xp home to 2003 pro.  When a new email message arrives, the
windows installer dialog box opens "preparing to install" at each new
message.  How do I get rid of this dialog box.  I tried a repair install with
no luck.

I don't actually use the "contacts" function... if you go to my contacts, the page is blank.
But obviously Outlook has some sort of memory of who I've been emailing, since any address I've used before will auto-complete when I start typing it.
Is there any way to "extract" all ...
