How can I permanently customize the default "find all" feature in Outlook 2003.

When displaying messages in my "Sent" folder, I noticed that, when I open
several of the messages, they include a "Message" tab and a "Tracking" tab.  
The "Tracking" tab displays columns for "Recipient" and "Read".  
Why do some "sent" messages have the "Message" and "Tracking" ...

In Outlook '07, when I set Editor Options to display formatting characters
(parag marks, tabs, etc.), that remains in effect only for the current
viewing of a message. When I close & reopen the message, formatting marks are
not visible. Is there a way to make this setting stick?

I would like larger font on incoming e-mail messages.  Rather than doing this
on an one-by-one basis, is there a setting where it can be done automatically?

Here of lately my Outlook 2003 SP3 is receiving email when it not even open.
Does any one have a fix for this?
Note I have OS XP pro with SP2.

I have transferred all the settings of one of my users to a new workstation
and have set up Outlook (we use office 2007).  All of the contacts are in,
all of the messages up through yesterday are there but when I try to send or
receive I get the reported error (0x800CCCOF) ...

I am using Outlook 2007 with McAfee internet protection.
I have been informed that some of the e-mails i am sending are not reaching
their destination.
If i send new e-mails with just text i have no problems.

I have windows vista home premium using outlook 2003 and use two pop
accounts. I recently had outlook crashing and freezing. Microsoft helped me
create a new user and delete the old outlook account.

messages from Charter.net. It does it every time I open Outlook.

I just got a new laptop that is running Outlook 2007 on Windows XP and at
times when I go to attach a file, the box listing files to attach pulls up
blank and my machine freezes up and needs to be restarted in order to run
Outlook again.  This happens about 50% of the time I try ...

I am using Outlook 2003 on WinXP Pro.  I believe some MS updates were done
last night.  Now when I try to select a file to attach by clicking on the
down arrow in the directory listing to get to the file, Outlook hangs up and
I when I close, it quits and sends an error message.  ...

I figured out how to have my Contacts show up as an address book (I would
have thought using your Contacts for that purpose was so obvious as to be
the default setting--what do you need 'em for if not for sending e-mail)

Anybody experience slowness when open attachment > than 1Mbyte would take
more than 5 minutes (sometimes) to open? Kindly share with me how you managed
to solve the problem. Thanks in advance!
Environment:

I need a rule that takes sent items out of the sent folder and places them
into inbox.  Can this be done?

Is there a way to make my dates that are made "all day appointments" on my
calendar show up on the to do bar? I am using Outlook 2007. Everything else
shows up if I put a time frame on it, but nothing as an all day.
