I set up a new mail account to use in Outlook 2003 and now I see in the lower right hand side of my computer (by the time) that Outlook is "synchronizing folders." I just have one computer. I must have hit something wrong...now how do I stop it?

I created a shared mailbox for my boss and me to receive tasks and requests. I'm able to add the additional mailbox and view it in my Outlook client, however, he can't view it in his. It's added to his list of mailboxes, but there are no folders or anything when he tries

I have both IMAP and POP email going through Outlook 2007. It seems in my IMAP (AOL) mail I must go to "file" click on "off Line" and then click it again for my IMAP mail to work correctly. Anyone experience this or am I doing something wrong? :? Thanks -- Tom

When I hit Send - - I get a message that "some errors occured" and the E-mail wasn't sent. It then sits in my Outbox. Fact is it has Sent. I must manually remove the message from my Outbox. How do I fix this? Thanks in advance.

In Microsoft Word, it gives you the option to print only a single page of a document, or a range of pages (or a set of ranges of pages), and so on. How can I print only the first, or only the second page of an email?

When I send an attachment the reciprocate cannot read it...it comes up as some unreadable text....It doesn't happen all the time,just on the odd document,ususally when it's something really important that I need to send !!
