Could someone please explain to me how Outlook 2007 handles delivery
receipts?  What if I request a delivery receipt for a message that has a
contact in Cc: and/or Bcc: Do I get a receipt from everyone?  If the message
is not delivered to one of the recipients, how can I know?  ...

When I open OL2007 it open fine but when is time to send/receive the whole
application hangs, I can not do anything else,if I am typing a new email i
cant see what I wrote once the send/receive task is over all letters shows up

Normally this kind of problem appears with rtf-messages. However,  I sent the
message as html. Many webmail-programs and email clients of other wendors get
then winmail.dat attachement and can't open the real attachements. The
receive the winmail.dat attachement in every case, ...

does anyone know if there is a pre-configured set of rules available to
download which will filter known spam servers, keywords etc so I can just
import it rather than create my own rules?

We are running Exchange 2007.  We just put on SP1 Friday.  Now, the OS9
users cannot see the body of their email when they open it.  Currently the
work around is having them click Forward, as the body will show up in a
forwarded message.  Does anyone know what's causing this?

I would like to have the "Out of Office" come on Automatically at a set time
each day. Any idea how to do this?

My Outlook Express v 6 suddenly lost its "DELETE" function. I am unable to
delete any messages - not by (a) highlighting the msg & clicking "Delete";
nor by (b) highlighting the message and pressing CTRL-D.
