If I am typing an email and inadvertently delete text, how do I get it back?  
I don't see the check mark for moving forward one step or back?

I have 2 Outlook 2003 clients connecting through to a 2003 exchange server
that dont save any externally sent emails into the sent items folder.
Any emails sent via right clicking a file and clicking send to->mail
recipient works.

i can send emails out, but people are saying that their emails sent to me
bounce back and email address failed to work

When I click on one of the personal folders I created in Outlook 2000, I am
getting the message "Unable to display the folder".  I have searched deep
into my computer and cannot find it.  I'm not sure how it got deleted as all
of the other folders I created are fine.  Can you help?

When I'm composing a new message, sometimes my web outlook window will
temporarily lock up and I have to wait maybe 10 secs for it to become
responsive again. It just stops accepting keyboard presses for a bit.
