How to export Outlook 2003 mail messages to Windows Mail (in Vista Ultimate)?

When I am typing a new email, the font and size setting is normal (Arial 10),
and yet the size of the text display while I'm typing is so tiny that it is
completely unreadable. The screen resolution is normal, and after the email
is sent, I can look at it in the Sent Items folder ...

Everytime I try to empty my deleted items a get an error message saying that
it can't delete the item because the folder is full".  The permissions
section of the folder is blocked out.

I've sorted my C:drive to have a number of subfolders and nested subfolders.
Using the Search function I can see a file in a subfolder, but how do I find

I just started experiencing a killer problem.  I am running

My Deleted items folder is reporting incorrect size in Outlook 2003. After deleting all items (inc removing the 'recover deleted items'). I am going over my mailbox limit and no one knows how to sort this. I have reset my outlook profile and LAN profile, to no avail.
Any idea's.
