Emails I receive with attchments are showing scrambled in the body of email. They are being sent BCC. I have Microsoft office 2003 and Vista. How can I fix this.

I imported multiple addresses into myContacts folder. The display of "File as" is like "LnameFname", although by default it should be "Lname,Fname". How can I add comma in between? Thanks,

I am unable to send or receive email using Outlook. I am connected to the internet. I've thought of re-installing Office but aren't sure if it will wipe out my files in My Documents. I have a Dell computer. Dell has suggested it being a software issue. Can you help?

Outlook 2000 When I reply to an email the original email is being removed from my inbox. I have tried every view I can think of but the original email is no longer in the inbox.

WHen I try to open an attachement that is a .png file or a .jpeg file that was created on a mac with quicktime version 7.4.1 I get the message "a suitable graphics importer could not be found." I am using outlook 2003. Any ideas or suggestions?

I have bought a new pc and want to copy my address book from Outlook Express. Is there an easier way to do this other than copying and pasting it into Excel and then manually pasting back into Outlook on the new pc? Can the address book be found as a file on it's own somewhere?

User is unble to play cisco unity voice message forwarded to her in outlook. you could see the waves but there is no sound. she is able play other message except when someone forward her a voice message.

When I close Outlook 2007 it all seems to close down but will not restart. When I look at Task Manager Processes I find that the first instance of Outlook is still there with about 40% CPU useage. If I shut down this process I can then restart Outlook. Any ideas as to why this ...
